An order is only considered accepted by us upon your Order Confirmation has been send to you .

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable , such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the Final Total.

You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our website .

Upon authorisation of the payment, by clicking the “Order now” button you are confirming that the card belongs to you and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.

In an event whereby , your card has insufficient amount , order will not be process .

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but if there is any issue with the order/website , we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your order and you have already made payment for your order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this website or for refusing to process or accept an order.

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order Form at the time of your order checkout.

We will attempt to notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, whereas, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We deliver in our standard packaging.

All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for any loss or destruction of the Product.

You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

RETURN

Please contact us at +65 9823 0975 or [email protected] before returning any items . We aim to ensure we provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our goods , however colours may vary on different monitors .

Should you find you have made an error with your order please contact us within 24 hours so that we can try to rectify the issue for you. In accordance with the distance selling act you can return the product within 14 days of delivery . The product must be in new condition . If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded . Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible , please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

Personalised items are non-returnable.

To return your product , we require a receipt or proof of purchase . Please do not send your purchase back direct to us. You should mail your product to 10 Ubi Crescent Ubi Techpark #01-62, S(408564).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because the items are faulty , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .

REFUND

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged , please contact us at +65 9823 0975 or email [email protected] within 48hours of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange. Any goods being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging .

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment , within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet , first check your bank account again . Then contact your credit card company , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
